A light roast with milk chocolate notes and a delicate citrus for a soft easy going flavor, perfect for weekend relaxation.

A little tip: Before you add your grounds, pre-heat the press with a little of the boiling water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too fast, it may over extract and create undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, ideal for weekend getaways.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a soft mouthfeel that sooths the palette. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to a winters' day spent on the sofa, reading a good book with an intimate hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't at the boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of off the boil water. For  starbucks coffee beans 1kg , simmer, plunge, and enjoy.
